After beating Gernika and adding their tenth consecutive victory, achieving the best start in their history in the LF Endesa, Roberto Íñiguez spoke to the media to assess the victory on a difficult pitch. “We already knew it would be a very difficult match. It was decided by details. We knew we had to wait for our moment”, commented the coach. He also confessed that a defeat would not have changed his feeling of “pride” towards the team.
Íñiguez also dedicated a few words to the fans: “Let’s continue. We have an 8-hour bus ride to celebrate. Saturday, more. We hope the people are happy. It’s for them. I hope to see them in Fontajau on Saturday.”
